- Tracking Info will update 5 to 7 days after receiving your tracking number.
- Tracking Info will only update in the beginning & at the end of the delivery process.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks with occasional delays due to high volume around the holidays and customs checks.
- We encourage you to call your local post office to check the status of your package at the end of 3rd week of shipping.
- If your package does not arrive 4 weeks after the shipping date, please contact us here.
- We will email your Tracking Number within 72 hours of your order ( Excluding Weekends ).
- Tracking Email may end up in your Spam Mail Folder. If it is not received 72 hours after payment, please look for it there.
- Please double check your shipping address and receiver’s contact number for discrepancy.
- The shipping address cannot be changed once the package has been shipped.
- However please contact us if you insist to do so. *Additional charges may apply*
Exchange & Refund
- Exchanges are only for manufacturer defects.
- All orders can be returned & refunded within 7 days of successful delivery.
- Please contact us before any action is made. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.
- We accept both PAYPAL & STRIPE payment and both accept Debit or Credit card (MasterCard / VISA / AmericanExpress / Discover E-checks)
- For currencies not in our default list, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.
